You may be thinking its March already, how else can I be preparing for success? Isn’t it too late? The truth is you can still do it. In fact, the new year resolutions or the even goals that you originally had may have changed over the course of time.
If you are one of those people who had planned everything out before the start of semester but never looked back at the planner once midterm had begun, you’ve come to the right place to figure out what exactly went wrong. Also, if you just curious on ways to enhance your daily life, you’ve come to the right place.
Below are some Tips and Tricks to help you out. I’ll be talking about (1) setting your goals (2) picking up from where you left off (3) trying new habits
Setting Goals
1 Find those goals. If you ever come up with spark or some amazing idea right before you fall asleep, scribble it down. Before you know it, you’ll realize that you might have a lot of things that you wanted to improve on, but you just never noticed it because you’re caught up with so many active tasks already throughout the day. If you are still stump, meditation or even yoga would help clear your mind for new thoughts and ideas to come in.
Letting it Go
2 It’s okay for everything to fall apart, as long as you learn from your mistakes. So, don’t be afraid to start over! There are so many factors out that can make a person easily become overwhelmed and stressed and it’s not your fault when you don’t have control over it. So, when things don’t go your way, I suggest that you let it be and move on. There’s no need to stay in the sad ☹ stage for too long. Just grab that abandoned planner and start creating a to-do list right away. At the same time, reorganize your priorities so that a case is less like to happen again and the consequences won’t be as detrimental to your work.
Gain New Habits
3 Try new and healthy habits or even if it’s for just a few days. Because once you have it going, you would be incline to try the streak once more. There are so many ways to keep track of your habits, you can use bullet journals or apps to remind you of. This system helps keep track of your achievements and before you know it, you may not even need them anymore.
By setting up realistic goals means you want change and you want things to be easier for you. It is all possible. To keep it going, go for jogs in the morning or anytime through the day and it will contribute to your mental being.
